Namaste,

“If patience is worth anything, it must endure to the end of time. And a living faith will last in the midst of the blackest storm”

– Mahatma Gandhi.

The beginning of this journey, a journey I hope you become a part of, takes me back to my beautiful small village of Pipar in Rajasthan. As Mahatma Gandhi rightly said, patience must truly endure to the end of time.

In my case, it rolled out like this. With an abundance of dreams and determination in my eyes, I along with my family decided to make a bold shift to Mumbai, the city of dreams, the city of my dreams. We had to change houses, stay in rented flats, to eventually building ‘Parishram’, my dream home. The promise that I made to the young boy at Pipar finally turned into reality.

In this process, I realized that the amount of time, effort, patience and hard work required to build a home is immense. Whilst that did turn few of my hair white before time, it didn’t matter the day we set foot in our dream home. The first cup of tea that my wife made, the first window that my kids shattered while playing cricket, the day when my daughter-in-law got my first grandchild home – those moments gave me a peace of mind and most importantly a sense of security. This home is part of my family’s legacy now where we have celebrated the ups and downs of life.

Today I see another dream, my hair maybe all white now, but my urge to turn dreams into reality is as strong as a 20 year old. However, this time it’s slightly different. Together with my succeeding generations, I dream again, but this time it is for YOU.

It gives me great pride to introduce you to the first faces of Viyan Ventures, my son Vinod Gandhi, who has been a known and dependable face in this industry for the last 25 years and my grandson Nayan Gandhi, in whom I see the same spark that the little young boy in Pipar had. Only this time, I feel this boy has doubled the amount of excitement, hard work and introduced an angle of innovation and modernization, something that has been an eye opener for me. The multi-generational strengths between us have harnessed to build an exciting and varied repertoire.

Lastly, I would like to thank my amazing family that although has asked me many times to retire and relax but understands my strong desire to help others realize their dreams. This father, son and grandson trio are eager to hear from you the story of your dream home.

“Zyada kuch toh aata nahi hai mujhe, lekin ek pyara ghar banana toh itne saalon mein seekh hi liya hai. Apna banaya, dosto ke banaye, aur ab sochta hoon, apka ghar kab banau?”

Yours sincerely,

Namaste,

“If patience is worth anything, it must endure to the end of time. And a living faith will last in the midst of the blackest storm”

– Mahatma Gandhi

I’d like to take you to where this journey started, back to my small, cherished village of Pipar in Rajasthan. As Mahatma Gandhi once said, true patience must endure to the end of time, and that has certainly held true for me.
With dreams as wide as my determination, my family and I made the courageous decision to move to Mumbai, the city of dreams, my dreams. From shifting between rented flats to eventually building “Parishram,” my dream home, I finally kept the promise I made to the young boy back in Pipar.
Through this journey, I came to understand just how much time, effort, patience, and sheer hard work go into creating a home. While it may have added a few gray hairs, nothing mattered more than the day we stepped into our own home. The first cup of tea my wife made, the first window my kids shattered while playing cricket, the arrival of my first grandchild, all these moments brought me a sense of peace and, above all, security.
This home has become a part of my family’s legacy, a place where we’ve shared in life’s joys and challenges.

My hair may now be all white, but my drive to turn dreams into reality remains as strong as when I was 20. This time, however, the dream is a little different. Alongside the next generations, I dream again, but this time it’s for YOU.
It is with great pride that I introduce the faces of Viyan Ventures: my son, Vinod Gandhi, a trusted name in this industry for 25 years, and my grandson, Nayan Gandhi, in whom I see the same spark I once had as a young boy in Pipar. But in Nayan, that spark has doubled, fueled by innovation and modern thinking, qualities that have been a revelation to me. Together, our multi-generational strengths have come together to build a dynamic and unique vision.
Finally, I’d like to thank my wonderful family, who, despite encouraging me many times to retire and relax, understands my desire to help others realize their dreams. This trio of a grandfather, father, and grandson, looks forward to hearing the story of your dream home.
